Monday, November 11th
Happy Veteran's Day! There will be a ceremony at 11am at Oconee Veterans Park, hosted by the Oconee Veterans Memorial Foundation. World War II veteran John Hancock will speak, and the Malcolm Bridge Middle School band will play. A wreath will be placed on the memorial.
The Oconee County Industrial Authority holds its monthly meeting at 4pm in the Grand Jury room of the Oconee County Courthouse.
Tuesday, November 12th
Now there are three stores, all part of the Gap, at Epps Bridge Center. There's going to be a ribbon cutting ceremony at at 9:30am for the Banana Republic Factory Store, which joins Old Navy & Gap Factory Store. There will be coupons distributed that give 40% off entire purchases, and these will be good for November 14-17.
North Oconee High School's varsity basketball team faces Dacula High School at 6/7:30PM. GO, Titans!
Wednesday, November 13th
The Oconee County Library Advisory Board has a finance committee meeting at 4pm in the library's glass room.
The Watkinsville City Council meets at 7pm.
