Melvin Davis and Chuck Horton to Face Off in Race for Board of Commissioners Chair

Melvin Davis on Wednesday announced a bid for a fourth term as Chairman of the Oconee County Board of Commissioners. Declared opponent Post 4 Commissioner Chuck Horton responded, "Let's tee it up and go."
