Local Pitch, Hit & Run Winners Announced

Winners of the competition conducted by the Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department advance to the sectional competition in Loganville later this month.

The local level winners of the annual Major League Baseball 2012 Aquafina Pitch, Hit & Run competition* conducted April 21st by the Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department are as follows:

Brodie Scott and Hudson Mullins in the 7- 8 boys division.

Stephen Mustard and Liam McKenna in the 9 -10 boys division.

Evan Treadwell, David Mustard, and Jacob Buffington in the 11 - 12 boys division.

Emmaleigh Bond and Nelli Lucas in the 9 -10 girls division.

Oveall winners for each age group were Brodie Scott, Stephen Mustard, David Mustard, and Nelli Lucas.

Congratulations to all these winners who are now eligible to advance to the Pitch, Hit & Run sectional competition to be held on May 19th in Loganville at Legion Field in the .
