F. CFES - Phase 2 Renovation:

The board will vote on approval of the contractor bid for Phase 2 of the Colham Ferry Elementary School renovation in the amount of $1,057,277.38. This is a few dollars less than the projected cost, i.e., $1,057,312.00.

Phase 2 will cover renovation of Building A, Music/Art and Gym (restrooms). In addition, it will cover these items: concrete replacement/masonry, millwork in nurse's office, toilet partitions, tackboards/markerboards, signage/projection screens, restroom ventilation, storage containers for furniture, and removal of mobile classrooms.

This phase will begin as soon as school is out and will be completed by the start of the 2013-14 school year.

VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board will adjourn to Executive Session to discuss personnel as described on the affidavit to be attached to the minutes. O.C.G.A. 50-14-3(b)(2)
