Finding Your Voice in the Silence of Words

Acclaimed author Terry Kay will conduct an updated reprise of his popular writing workshop, "Finding Voice in the Silence of Words," at OCAF on Saturday, November 19.

The workshop, designed to review writing fundamentals and explore helpful tricks for creating interesting reading regardless of form, will serve as a follow-up to Kay's earlier seminar in March.

Β "There will be some repeat from the earlier workshop," Kay said in a release from the foundation, "but a lot of the material has been refined to involve participants in a more direct fashion. The purpose is to provide writers with an understanding of basic writing awareness and how to apply personality to those skills. We'll be using a lot of approaches that aren't found in classrooms. "
