Art Shows at Athens Academy Feature Work from Alumna, UGA Students, Athens Metal Arts Guild
Artists' receptions will be held on Friday, Sept. 27.

Athens Academy is proud to present three amazing art shows in its galleries through mid-October.
In the Myers Gallery, the work of 25 Fabric Design and Printmaking students from UGA will be on display. In the Bertelsmann Gallery, the work of Susan Hable Smith and Rinne Allen will be displayed; Susan is the mother of two Athens Academy students, and Rinne is a 1991 graduate of the Academy. Beautiful pieces from 19 artists from the Athens Metal Arts Guild will be shown in the Bertelsmann Gallery as well.
Please join us for artists' receptions in both galleries on Friday, September 27, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The artwork in the Myers Gallery will be on display through October 25, 2013, and the artwork in the Bertelsmann Gallery will be on display through October 11, 2013. The public is invited to attend. Athens Academy is located at 1281 Spartan Lane. Regular gallery hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, please call 706-549-9225.
