A Watkinsville resident was arrested and charged last week by University of Georgia police with the sale of Georgia Department of Administrative Services' property.

Cathy Ingram Knudson was booked into the Clarke County Jail on July 14, jail records confirmed. She was released the same day after posting a $5,000 bond.
