  • Police observed a 2007 Dodge Ram driving off the grass shoulder of Whitehall Road and then over the double yellow center line on Sept. 17 just after 2:30 a.m. Robert William Bagley, Jr., 43, of Athens, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.Β
  • Officers responded to domestic situation calls in the parking lot of J & B Foodmart on Greensboro Highway and at a Katie Lane address during the week. Both situations were resolved without further incident, O'Dillon reported.
