Man Charged with Giving Fake Name to Deputy, and Other Recent Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Oconee County, Ga, Jail. An arrest does not mean a conviction.
The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:
March 24
- Javier Aguinia Rodriguez, 33, of Athens, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
- Rojelio Garcia Suarez, 32, of Athens, was charged with suspended license, improper tag and giving false information.
March 23

- Talmadge Edward Powell, 78, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
March 22
- Amanda Marie Mitchell, 29, of Warner Robbins, was charged with theft by taking, criminal damage to property in the second degree, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling.
- Adian Charles Liles, 31, of of Warner Robbins, was charged with theft by taking, criminal damage to property in the second degree, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling.
- Marcos Guiterrez, 27, of Bishop, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on March 24.
