• Garret Jeffrey Wolford, 25, of Commerce, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Sept. 16

• Ferrell Jo Barwick, 50, of Indialantic, Florida, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a drug-related object.
• Raemonda Lee Inscho, 37, of Hale Lane in Athens, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a drug-related object.

Sept. 15

• Michelle J. , 38, of Whitehall Road in Athens, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance one count of suspended license.
• Kristie Lynn Vaugh, 46, of Royston, was charged with probation violation.
• Michael Edward Blalock, 53, of East Point, was charged with probation violation.
• Joshua Garrison Shelton, 17, of Branch Road, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Larry Thomas 25, of Malcom Bridge Road, was charged with probation violation. 

Sept. 14

• Elmer Lamar , 51, of Lane Creek Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. On Sept. 15, Bailey was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm.
• Tracey Ophelia Fitzpatrick, 41, of Hull, was charged with identity fraud.
