July 8

• Daniel Kunkel, 23, of Richmond Hill, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released the same day.

July 7

• A 19-year-old Watkinsville man was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.
• Kristin Gabrielle Pitts, 17, of Grayson, was charged with DUI under 21, underage consumption and speeding.
• Rodney Dale Thomas, 48, of Bogart, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on the same day.
• Regina Lynn Clementi, 48, of Rome, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, possession of an open container, failure to signal, safety restraint violation and tire requirements violation.

July 6

• , 23, of Athens, was charged with burglary in the second degree and misdemeanor theft by taking.
• James Carlton Spratlin, 63, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on July 8.
• A 26-year-old Commerce woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• A 31-year-old Decatur man was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and a tag light violation.

July 5

• , 20, of Lizella, was charged with two counts each of electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors and child molestation under statute 16-6-4(a)(2) related to the sending of obscene materials to minors.
• Kimberly Lynn Corry, 31, of Athens, was charged with contempt of superior court.
• Jason Daniel Berry, 23, of Athens, was charged with contempt of superior court.

July 4

• Mary Elizabeth Evans, 36, of Athens, was charged with possession/use of identification document.
• Michael Jayce Sutton, 23, of Watkinsville, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on the following day.
• Jay Remesh Patel, 18, of Albany, was charged with DUI under 21 and speeding.

July 3

• Darrell Matthew Wright, 36, of Winder, was charged with probation violation.
• , 18, of Arnoldsville, was charged with two counts of theft by taking and one count of theft by receiving.
