• Raymond Cole McDaniel, 20, of Watkinsville, was charged with driving while license suspended and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act for possession of a schedule IV drug.
• Christopher Daniel Deaton, 31, of Bogart, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Sept. 5

• Jeris Leona Southers, 22, of Arnoldsville, was charged with two counts of financial transaction card fraud and one count of forgery in the third degree.
• Antonio Timothy Littlejohn, 27, of Bogart, was charged with entering auto.
• Elaine Nichole Duke, 42, of Watkinsville, was charged with simple battery.

Sept. 4

• Leroy Junior Mitchell, 35, of Athens, was charged with theft by receiving.
• Jacob Michael Scott, 22, of Cumming, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Walker Iain Pirmann, 20, of Cumming, was charged with theft by shoplifitng.
• Jennifer Maria Wall, 39, of Kennesaw, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Sept. 3

• David Anthony Clouston, 28, of Winder, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Christopher J. Sumner, 48, of Bishop, was charged with failure to appear, loitering and prowling, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and criminal attempt to commit a crime.
• James Loren Alexander, 48, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifiting.
• Gary Charles Williams, 22, of Bogart, was charged with probation violation.

Sept. 1

• Juan Medina Alberto-Angel, 39, of Athens, was charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness.

Aug. 31

• Christopher Brian Fattig, 36, of Athens, was charged with burglary, theft by taking and failure to appear.
• Matthew R. Scholfill, 30, homeless, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Jana Lynette Herndon, 42, of Athens, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on Sept. 2.
• Lisa Katrina McCurdy Scarborough, 47, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
