Multiple Counties on Lookout for Man Wanted for Theft

Authorities are on the lookout for a man they say is wanted in connection with numerous theft cases.

Multiple agencies, including the sheriff's departments of Oconee, Clarke, Greene, Morgan, and Oglethope Counties, are searching for 28-year-old Larry Damondrick Mapp.

Mapp has warrants out for his arrest for felony theft and probation violation, Chief Deputy Lee Weems of the said.

There are also pending warrants that stem from a car theft case out of Morgan County, which involved the Oconee County Sheriff's Office, Weems said.

Mapp is described as 5'6" and 200 pounds.

The public is asked to contact law enforcement or call 9-1-1 with any information about Mapp's whereabouts.
