Man Accused of Printing Child Porn at Library Remains Behind Bars

The US Marshal's Office has placed a hold on Budge Earl Williams of Bogart, Ga, authorities report.

Budge Earl Williams, 70, of Bogart, remains at the Oconee County Jail after the US Marshal's Office placed a hold on him, Oconee County Sheriff Scott Berry reported Wednesday.

Williams was taken into custody Monday at his Fowler Mill Road home by Watkinsville Police with the assistance of Oconee deputies on an on a computer at the Oconee County Library on Aug. 1.

Watkinsville Police Chief Lee O'Dillon said at the time of his arrest Williams was on federal probation for a weapons violation.
