Cars Entered on Trailwood and Hillcrest Drives

An Xbox 360 console, GPS devices and cash were taken.

Oconee County Sheriff's investigators are working on several cases of entered autos reported last week.

Two Hyundai Sonatas parked in a driveway at a 1100 block Trailwood Drive residence were entered sometime between 6 p.m. on Feb. 19 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 20. A radar/laser detector, two GSP devices and $40 cash were taken.

On Feb. 20, a deputy met with a resident of 1100 block of Hillcrest Drive who reported his vehicle had been entered sometime between 10 p.m. on Feb. 19 and 2 p.m. on Feb. 20.Β  A wallet and a cell phone charger were taken.

While on the scene, the deputy took a second report of an entered auto at the same address. An Xbox 360 console and a radio amplifier were taken from the other vehicle.
