• Rigo Tovar, 17, of Athens was charged with shoplifting.
• Corbett Willingham, 40, of Athens was charged with failure to appear.

• Michael Joseph Reeves, 21, of Bishop was charged with probation violation.
• Sharon Teresa McDaniel, 52, of Winder was charged with failure to appear.
• Leo Vesera, 42, of Athens was charged with giving a false name, pointing a pistol at another, carrying a weapon without a permit and public drunkenness.

• Joseph Spencer Tiller, 18, of Bogart was charged with shoplifting.
• Brian Keith Martin, 27, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
