Girl Scout Troop 12157 visits Family Life Enrichment Center

Girl Scout Troop 12157 created beautiful Valentine-themed centerpieces for the dining room at Family Life Enrichment Center and delivered them to the assisted living facility on Sunday, Feb. 2. The girls created bouquets of cupcake wrapper flowers in mason jars and visited the facility at dinner time Sunday to chat with the residents and deliver the decorations.
The troop of Brownies meets at High Shoals Christian Church and is made up of second and third graders at High Shoals Elementary School: Emma Castleberry, Kate Conner, Sophie and Vivi Ciamillo, Twyla Edwards, Mara Gable, Violet Huggins, Jessa Patrick and Julia Traill. Co-leaders are Rhiannon Eades and Laurie Traill.
