Avid Poetry Series: Alyse Knorr, Kate Partridge, and Johnny Damm

Please join us for the latest installment of the Avid Reading Series: Alyse Knorr, Kate Partridge, and Johnny Damm will read from their work on Friday, September 13, 2013, at 6:30pm.

Alyse Knorr is the author of ANNOTATED GLASS (Furniture Press Books). Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in RHINO, Puerto Del Sol, Drunken Boat, Sentence, and The Southern Poetry Anthology, among others. She received her MFA from George Mason University and currently teaches composition and literature at the University of Alaska Anchorage. 

Kate Partridge received her M.F.A. in poetry from George Mason University. Her poems have appeared in Barrelhouse, BLOOM, Barely South, and MAYDAY. A native of Richmond, she teaches at the University of Alaska in Anchorage.

Johnny Damm's work has appeared in a variety of journals and anthologies, with pieces forthcoming from Denver Quarterly and Timber. He is currently a doctoral student in creative writing at the University of Georgia and an editor for A Bad Penny Review and Opo Books & Objects.
