Another rainy day is ahead.

Weather: A dense fog advisory is in effect until 8 a.m. The National Weather Service predicts a 60 percent chance of rain and scattered thunderstorms.  Plan on unseasonably warm temperatures with a high around 70.

Top things to know:

  • Join Sgt. Courtney Gale of the Athens-Clarke County Police Department for an American Red Cross Blood Drive at on Alps Road from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • New feature on Patch: Neighborhood Gallery.  A new, even easier way to share your photos from events, sports games, concerts...anywhere!  Simply click on the "Gallery" tab and upload!
  • Visit the Town of Bethlehem for a Live Nativity tonight and tomorrow night beginning at 7 p.m. A second show starts at 8 p.m. each night. It takes place at 750 Manger Ave.
  • The UGA woman's basketball team hosts Appalachian State at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5 each or free for UGA students and staff.  Go Lady Bulldogs!
