Oconee County Sheriff's Office Observes Patriots' Day With Flag Ceremony
The Gadsden flag was flown along with the American flag at half staff on April 19, 2013.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office on Friday posted video to YouTube of a flag ceremony that was conducted outside of the jail in honor of Patriots' Day.
Flags are being flown at half staff this week, as ordered by President Barack Obama, in remembrance of the victims of the Boston bombings.
