The second annual Dog Day 2011 took place on Saturday, April 23, at City Park. The event was a big success. Many participants showed up with their furry friends to be judged for the event.

The canine participants were judged in many categories. Here were some of the winners, according to organizer John MacKay:

KING OF DOG DAY: Munson
QUEEN OF DOG DAY: Brandy
UGLIEST DOG: Tish
OLDEST DOG: Evie
BIGGEST DOG: Halle Berry
