Improved Fitness Not the Most Well Kept New Year's Resolution

Did you know that the resolve to improve one's fitness is the most commonly broken New Year's resolution? Why is that?

The Holiday Season is coming soon and lots of people are beginning to think about 2013.  What are you going to resolve to do next year?  Spend more time with friends and family?  Set a goal to get a promotion or change careers?

If getting fit and improving your health is on your radar this New Year, I urge you to recognize that the resolve to improve your fitness is the most commonly broken New Year's resolution.
