(Full Time Position)
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the BSA/Compliance Officer in administering various aspects of the compliance program, including conducting monitoring reviews to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures, and to ensure maintenance of adequate internal controls. Assists with the collection, analysis and reporting of data for the Bank BSA, Compliance and CRA program. Experience in compliance is a must.
Primary Job Functions:

1. Providing efficient and effective administrative support for the CO.
2. Completes internal operational audits to determine whether controls are adequate and effectively maintained in accordance with Bank policies and applicable regulations.

3. Takes responsibility for portions of required regulatory compliance monitoring. Collects data and analyzes and compile results.
4. Documents internal control deficiencies and notifies the CO of identified areas needing improvement or correctional training.
5. Completes periodic reviews, including testing reports, change control maintenance, and related documentation. Files reports as required.
6. Reports to the CO regarding status of the Banks internal controls and compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures and external regulations.
7. Generally performs daily duties without the need for continual supervision, including the review and filing of CTRs, ensuring accuracy.
8. Responsible for the collection, review and analysis of various reports for BSA related requirements and suspicious activity monitoring.
