Happy Holidays From Oconee County Animal Control

These three wonderful dogs are ready for adoption.

Adoption goals cannot be accomplished without the application of effort, which requires the use of time.   These animals have an available time which is limited.  Consider a homeless pet for the holidays.  Some of our animals have been sponsored by wonderful citizens of our community to ensure they do not spend the holidays in a shelter.  Take a look at these precious babies. They are very deserving and some of our favorites.

1.  Paris will be a same day adoption with an approved application. She is a very attentive girl, she listens to every word you're saying with a flick of her beautiful ears. Paris is medium sized and fully grown, so she would make a great playmate. Paris is looking for her forever home, so please come by and see this sweet baby- she's ready for visitors :)

2. Romeo came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Romeo is the sweetest boy, despite being put into a shelter environment. Romeo would love to come home with anyone, he is so personable and loving. Please come by and see this sweetie today! He is FULLY sponsored, so get your applications in! is the sweetest guy! He knows his manners, sits on command,  knows down,  is leash broken, loves to play ball and loves his toys.  If there was a perfect dog it would be him! He is a total easy keeper and would love to spend the holidays with you and your family.  He has been around other dogs, goats, horses and adores children.

3. Bosun is very sweet and alert. The Beagle has an even temper and gentle disposition. Beagles are intelligent, are excellent with children and this is one of the reasons they have become popular family pets! Please consider this gentle sweet boy for your holiday family surprise!  He would look stunning in a big red bow!!!! Dates available for adoption 12/3/13-12/18/2013.
