Delay This Week For Leaf and Grass Removal in Watkinsville
A mechanical issue postpones pickup until Thursday.
The City of Watkinsville is asking residents wishing to have yard waste removed from their properties this week to be patient.
Due to mechanical issues with the vacuum, pickup will be delayed until Thursday, according to an email Monday morning from City Clerk Julie Sanders.
The Street Department's normal leaf, grass and limb pickup schedule and rules can be found on the city's website.
