Caterpillar is hiring first- and second-shift warehouse associate team leads. This employee assists a supervisor in coordinating workflow, promoting cooperative team relationships, establishing daily priorities, etc., and will also perform various warehousing functions at the warehouse/distribution facility. The position requires the ability to lift and carry material weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15 to 30 minutes.
