Summary: Responsible for the preparation of quality foods for patients and employees under the supervision of the Production Manager. (46975)

Hours: FULL TIME Sunday thru Saturday/ 40 hrs. week /Everyother weekend off 40 Hours 

Skills: Some knowledge of simple modified diet principals, and requirements of sanitation and food handling. Must have ability to work harmoniously with a variety of people.sTANDARD COMPUTER SKILLS.

Experience: 2-3 years cooking experience in institutional cooking

Outpatient DietitianDIETARY (800)
Title: Outpatient Dietitian 

Department: DIETARY (800)

Summary: To provide individual nutrition counseling for outpatients from physician referrals and the community at large. Will also do nutrition programs for other departments such as Cardiac Rehab and Home Health Care. (46578)

Hours: PART TIME 24 8 Hrs. Day/ Monday/Tuesday & Thursday (Not set days) 24 Hours 

Skills: Be able to provide individual nutrition counseling to the community at large from physician referrals and other requests. Work with other outpatient departments to deliver individual counseling and give presentations as needed/requested. Will also help with coverage of inpatient load when needed. Basic math and computer skills.

Experience: Min. 1 year experience as a dietitian. 

Education: Bachelors Degree

Health Information Exchange Analyst INFORMATION SERVICES (935)
Title: Health Information Exchange Analyst 

Department: INFORMATION SERVICES (935)

Summary: Responsible for the process, analysis and modification of reliable and interoperable electronic health-related information sharing conducted in a manner that protects the confidentiality, privacy, and security of the information. Creates a standardized interoperable model of information sharing that is patient centric, trusted, longitudinal, scalable, sustainable and reliable. (46338)

Hours: FULL TIME Mon-Fri 8-5 Hours 

Skills: Must have the capability to employ nationally recognized standards to enable interoperability, security and confidentiality, and to ensure authorization of those who access the information; Must have knowledge of state and national HIE programs, healthcare workflow, patient privacy rights, state and federal disclosure laws, secondary data, and data integrity issues (including duplicate patient records); Understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical directions of a solution; Requires the ability to work both independently and as a team member across multiple teams; Must be able to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues; Flexible in adjusting to changing priorities; Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast paced team environment.

Experience: 5+ years experience required in application/data integration across diverse environments where Interface Engine and/or Health Information Exchange products were used; Experience in design and development of interfaces and/or interoperability solutions for healthcare IT products, preferably Electronic Health Record Systems; Experience with healthcare systems and technology.
