About Greg
I do communications and PR for Walton EMC, a customer-owned power company that provides energy to most of Oconee county. I began my career with the co-op at our Watkinsville office in 1987 as an energy advisor and took on my present role in 1993.
1987 was also the year I moved to Oconee County. I served as chairman of the Watkinsville Fall Festival four times and was board chairman for the Oconee Chamber in 1996.
I have two sons that have gone through the Oconee County school system and a wife that teaches in the same.

Hi Greg,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your friends.
