Oconee Sheriff's Office to Offer Free Gun Safety Classes
Sessions in the classroom and on the range will take place in March.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is offering a series of free firearms safety classes. Classes are not restricted to Oconee residents, but they will be given priorty. Classroom sessions will be held on the following Thursdays from 7-9 p.m.: Once a classroom session is completed, you may attend a session at the range. Meet at the Sheriff's Office at 9 a.m. to head to the range on one these Saturdays: If interested, please register by calling 706-769-3945. For more information email Sgt.
