Halloween Costume Swap Planned at Oconee Library
Drop off gently-used costumes for children ages 0-11 through Oct. 4.
Are their ghouls in your closets? How about pumpkins, superheros or mermaids? The Oconee County Library invites you to do some fall cleaning by recycling children's gently-used Halloween costumes. The concept: for every costume you bring, you can swap it for a different one, or you can simply donate costumes your family no longer needs. What do you think about the costume swap?
