Man Accused of Taking Indecent Pictures of Women in Target – Dunwoody Patch Dunwoody Police arrested a man Saturday for suspicion of taking inappropriate pictures of women shopping in Target. An officer was called to the store and found indecent images on a cell phone of a 44-year-old man from Peachtree City who was in the store. The man was also found with under an ounce of marijuana, said police. I-575 Hit and Run Suspect Charged – Canton-Sixes Patch Charges have been announced in the hit-and-run that injured a construction worker on Friday. Kenneth Gonzalez of Canton, the suspect in the hit-and-run, will face charges of reckless driving, aggravated battery, failure to report accident with injuries, failure to report accident with property damage, hit-and-run, and failure to maintain lane. Gonzalez is accused of striking a construction worker on Interstate 575 South with his 2006 GMC Sierra and fleeing the scene. Man Carjacked In Ormewood Park, Suspect Shot in Buttocks – East Atlanta Patch Little more than a week after a DeKalb County man was carjacked at gunpoint in his driveway, five men stole an Ormewood Park man's car at gunpoint Saturday afternoon. Hours later, a Fulton County police officer shot a suspected carjacker in his buttocks after a high-speed chase that ended at the Fulton and Clayton County line. Lawyer Busted in Cobb Jail Sex Case – Marietta Patch A Sandy Springs lawyer was arrested Thursday and charged with smuggling contraband into the Cobb County jail to trade for sex with inmates. Michael Stuart Winner, 45, now is an inmate himself, held in the Cobb jail on $10,000 bond while facing eight felony charges: four counts of conspiracy to commit a crime; three counts of trading with inmates without the warden’s consent; and one count of using a communication facility to commit a drug felony. Winner reportedly smuggled drugs and cigarettes into the jail to trade for sexual favors from at least two female inmates in private attorney-client rooms. Thieves Target Silver in Buckhead Break-Ins – Buckhead Patch Atlanta police are investigating recent home break-ins where thieves are targeting the home owners’ sterling silver flatware and serving pieces. In the three cases reported in recent weeks in Buckhead and North Atlanta, criminals cut or broke window glass to gain access to homes overnight while the residents were sleeping.
