Dr. Bishop is great...very friendly and thorough. His nurse is also verry pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about his receptionist. Every time I call she sighs heavily, as if it's an imposition for her to have to schedule an appointment. She speaks on behalf of the doctor without even asking him your questions. The only reason I did not give 5-stars is because of the treatment that I have gotten over the phone with her...and you have to go through her every time.
