Come out and be a part of the 2nd Annual Heat of the Night Retro 5K in Watkinsville, Georgia. This race will be run within Oconee Vererans Park primarily on paved surfaces. Racers are encouraged to wear retro costumes. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Oconee Civitan.
Awards will be given to the overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and top three Male/Female winners in age groups beginning 10 and under through 75 and over. There will be a special award for the best Male/Female Retro Costume. There wll also be an award for the best Retro Kid Costume. Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted on www.classicraceservices.com.The race is a part of the 2011 Run and See Georgia Grand Prix Series.
