A. Delegate Appointment- The board will discuss the appointment of a delegate and alternate to attend the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) Annual Business Meeting of the Delegate Assembly on Friday, June 14, 2012, in Savannah, GA. Names need to be submitted by April 19, 2013.
B. OCMS Field Trip- Shelynn Scott, Chorus teacher at OCMS, is requesting permission to take the 8th Grade Chorus to Orlando, FL to participate in the Disney Performing Arts on Stage event May 23-25, 2013. There will be 45 students and 15 chaperones traveling via Hargrave Motor Company.
C. Teaching and Learning Report - The Oconee County Schools Teaching and Learning March Board of Education Report contains four items of information and two action items for the March 11, 2013 Board of Education meeting.
