Myers Gallery: Bill Zorn’s Photography

Dr. Zorn has spent his life studying three artistic pursuits--music, medicine, and photography.  As a guitarist, he has performed throughout the southeast. He received an M.D. from Tulane University Medical School and practiced emergency medicine in South Georgia. Since retiring from the practice of medicine, he has focused his attention on photographing the landscape.  His work has been exhibited and collected around the world, with exhibitions and publications on four continents.

See the exhibit now through Oct. 7.

Bertelsmann Gallery: Photography and Ceramics

Dr. Alan Olansky's photography will be on display through Oct. 7. He has been a practicing dermatologist in Atlanta for more than 30 years. The past six years have been witness to Olansky’s intensification of love of Nature and for capturing images of her small miracles. These miracles are mostly botanical, but also include some pollinators. The North Georgia Mountains and the Atlanta Botanical Garden have become his church. He remains amazed by the endless variations devised for procreation and survival in the plant kingdom. He sees undeniable evidence of evolution guided by the Divine.

Ceramics works by UGA graduate students Clara Hoag, Peter James McCarron, and Kyungmin Park will also be exhibited in the Bertelsmann Gallery.
