Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville is hiring for the following positions: 

Job title: Residence director
Job description: Responsible for the supervising and developing student staff and developing an exceptional community environment. This is a live-in, 12-month position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, one year experience in a college/university residence life setting; leadership or supervisory experience and demonstrated skills and commitment in the areas of leadership development, excellent communications skills, ability to act independently and to react appropriately in a crisis situation.

Job title: Project coordinator
Job description: Primarily responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and oversight of assigned projects, programs and events that represent the Office of the President and the college, including training volunteers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree along with 2-plus years of event planning is required, as well as strong project coordinating experience and excellent time management skills.

Job title: Student center coordinator, part time
Job description: Responsible for the daily operations of the student center during the weekends and some other evenings, as needed. Will supervise student employees, help manage building events, provide customer service for building users and communicate with building tenants.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required. Experience in facility operation or management, event and guest services or student program administration. Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.

Job title: Associate director of housing operations 
Job description: Oversees the daily operation for all residence halls providing a comfortable, secure student community environment. Responsible for long-range planning, coordinating service providers and facilitating issue resolutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus two years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills, competency in a variety of computer programs and platforms and strong interpersonal skills.
