Oconee Democrats Community Reading Group
The Oconee Democrats sponsor a community reading group the last Wednesday of each month (except for November and December) at the Taco Stand on Hog Mountain Road. Both adults and teens from any county and any political leaning are invited to join. The June book selection is Storms of My Grandchildren: The Truth About the Coming Climate Catastrophe and Our Last Chance to Save Humanity by James Hansen.
