Congratulations to the 2013-14 Oconee County Teachers of the Year
Honorees from each school were announced on Friday.

Oconee County Schools is pleased to recognize and congratulate the educators who were selected by their fellow faculty members as local school teachers of the year for 2013-14:
Susan Willis (Oconee County Primary); Matthew Lawing (Colham Ferry Elementary); Bess Carter (High Shoals Elementary); Laura Goulder (Malcom Bridge Elementary); Debra Newman (Oconee County Elementary); Yvonne Dixon (Rocky Branch Elementary); Beth Betz (Malcom Bridge Middle); Donna Gast (Oconee County Middle); Meg Jett (North Oconee High); and Lisa Ulmer (Oconee County High).

The OCS teacher of the year will be named at a banquet sponsored by the Oconee County High Schools Alumni Association on September 19.
