Sunshine and high temperatures in the upper 70s will feel like spring.
Weather: Watch out for early morning patches of fog. The National Weather Service predicts a warm, spring-like day with cloudy skies earlier transitioning to sunny skies later in the day and a high of 78 degrees. Gusty winds up to 20 mph are possible.
