Description: Home Depot announced in a news release Tuesday that the company will hire 60,000 seasonal associates in preparation of March's "Spring Black Friday" -- the time of year that kicks off the busiest shopping season for home improvements.  In addition to seasonal positions, the company plans to add full-time and part-time jobs, according to the news release.

Employer:

Description: Oconee County Human Resources lists an open part-time position for After School Counselor through the Parks and Recreation Department.  The website notes applications will be accepted until the job is filled.

How to apply: Submit applications from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Oconee County Board of Commissioners' Human Resources Office at 23 North Main Street (Oconee County Courthouse), Room 203.  Applications may be downloaded on-line.


Employer: Various

Description: As of Tuesday, the Georgia Department of Labor's website for job seekers posts 25 career opportunities in the Oconee County area, including full-time positions for an Applications Manager, Clinical Manager, and HVAC Technician.  There are also 22 available jobs listed in the category of "Farming, Fishing, and Forestry."
