Two Arrested in Connection With Burglary at Jennings Mill Country Club

A third suspect is being sought in the investigation of the Nov. 16 incident, authorities say.

Two Oconee County men have been arrested in connection with the early morning burglary of Nov. 16.

, deputies responded to an alarm around 2:30 a.m.  They found a door to the restaurant/bar area had been forcibly entered, however, nothing was reported missing.

Joshua David Wingate, 19, and Zachery Thomas Millsap IV, 20, both of Sherwood Drive, were booked into the Oconee County Jail on Tuesday on burglary charges, the announced.  Update:  Both men are now out on bond.

A fingerprint lifted from the scene helped identify Millsap and surveyllance and additional investigation uncovered other evidence Wingate and a third suspect to the case, the Sheriff's Office said. The identity of the third person has not been released as the investigation is ongoing, according to the release.  Authorities believe the suspects may have been involved in other burglaries at the Country Club.
