Seven Booked on DUI Charges in Oconee County

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:

June 2

• Julio Ceasar Garcia, 19, of Athens was charged with no license and a tag light violation.
• Elizabeth Charity McCannon, 35, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI.

June 1

• Talmadge Edward Powell, 78, of Lavista Road, was charged with murder.
• Nancy Correnty Kenerly , 57, of Athens was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Kimberly Amanda Fuller, 27, of Athens was charged with contempt of Superior Court.
• Brandon Antwain Pitts, 22, of Atlanta was charged with probation violation.
• Sandra Eileen Stocklinski, 25, of Watkinsville was charged with deposit account fraud.
• Jennifer Anne Hawkins, 51, of Bishop was charged with DUI.
• Neil Clifton Abney, 39, of Watkinsville was booked on a bench warrant.

May 31

• Mildred Metcalf Reynolds, 55, of Winder was charged with shoplifting.
• David Wayne Whitley, 62, of Bishop was charged with DUI, open container and a safety restraint violation.
• William Joseph Adams, 46, of Colbert was charged with probation violation.

May 30

• Kristy Lynn Houseman, 33, of Athens was charged with criminal trespass family violence.

May 29

• Diedra Ashley Dove, 33, of Bethlehem was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Don Christopher Mardis, 41, of Danielsville was charged with probation violation.
• Montorious Demetris Greene, 40, of Sparta was charged with forgery in the third degree.
• Brian ONeal Lawrence, 43, of Sparta was charged with forgery in the third degree.
• Willie James Faust, 58, of Winterville was charged with probation violation.
• Judy Lynn Christian, 60, of Brunswick was charged with DUI, suspended license and a tag violation.

May 28

• Raymond Cole McDaniel, 20, of Bishop was charged with probation violation.
