Burglary and DUI Charges in Latest Oconee Arrest Report

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Jail. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

Jan. 27

  • Joshua N. Bilecky, 19, of Lawrenceville, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
  • Rufus L. Tutt, 39, of Bogart, was charged with giving false name.
  • Cynthia Sue Sanfilippo, 46, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
  • Stephanie Gail Rodriquez, 31, of Bishop, was charged with three counts of first degree burglary.

Jan 26

  • Reuben Allison West, 27, of Alma, was charged with probation violation.

  • Joseph Alon Sargent, 41, of Monroe, was charged with probation violation.
  • Kenneth Troy Cobb, 38, of Watkinsville, was booked on return of surety and released the same day.
  • Austin Joseph Brinkmann, 19, of Loganville, was booked as a sentenced inmate.

Jan. 24

  • Andrew Lee Ellison, 27, of Athens, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.  He was released on Jan. 25 on a $5,000 bond.
  • Ryan Christian Callaway, 23, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • Jeb Perry Gregory, 44, of Kennesaw, was charged with failure to appear.

  • Octaivus Orlando Sarden, 26, of Jefferson, was charged with suspended license and a window tint violation.
  • Eric Bernard Smith, 27, homeless,was charged with probation violation.
  • Stephanie P. Eberhart, 42, of Athens, was charged with suspended license and removal of license plate.
  • Ginger Whitlock, 30, of Lavonia, was charged with probation violation.
  • Victoria Yvonne Smith, 39, of Watkinsville, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
