Retired Walton Investigator Now Working at Oconee Sheriff's Office
Chris Cannon, a 25-year veteran of law enforcement, was sworn in on Monday.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office welcomed a new investigator this week.
Chris Cannon, a POST certified instructor in several disciplines, retired from the Walton County Sheriff's Office where he served as commander of the Investigations Division, according to the OCSO Facebook page. Sheriff Scott Berry administered the oath of service to Cannon on Jan. 7.
The OSCO earlier this month said goodbye to Sgt. Gary Cool, who retired after serving 30 years in law enforcement.
