Oconee Sheriff's Office Crime Report

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports and incident reports:

  • Jennifer Marie Haller, 34, of Mayne Mill Road, was arrested and charged with battery, simple battery, and criminal trespass on June 23.
  • Michael Allen Keesling, 43, homeless, was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud on June 22.
  • On June 21, Daniel Luke Martinez, 31, of Lula, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
  • Christina Rose Sayles, 26, of VFW Drive was arrested and charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, failure to maintain lane, and driving without a license on person on June 21.
  • Wanda Ashe, 47, of Price Mill Road was arrested and charged with probation violation on June 21.
  • On June 20, Jacqueline Ruth Burbage, 28, of Bell Road; Anthony LeemanBurbage, 31, of Timber Mill Drive; and Daniel Huckabee, 30, of N. Main Street in Winterville; were all arrested and charged with affray.  Huckabee was also charged with DUI and driving with an expired license.
  • Cassandra Angelina Smith, 23, of Rolling Ridge Drive in Athens, was arrested and charged with probation violation on June 20.
  • On June 20, Grayson resident Justin Kaleb Grizzard, 20, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
  • Deputies made multiple arrested following an altercation at the intersection of Dowdy Road and Epps Bridge Road on June 19 around 9 p.m.  Eric E. Casas, 23, of Lombardy Circle in Athens; Fabian C. Bodie, 19, and Alberto Garcia, 19, both of Epps Bridge Parkway; and Jose Luis Bodie, 28, of Old Epps Bridge Road, were all charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Nanci Arenas Rosales, 30, of Pebblestone Drive, was arrested and charged with simple battery on June 19.
  • On June 19, Nathan Ray White, 21, of Monroe, was arrested and charged with DUI, open container, and improper turn.
  • On June 18, Joshua Romell Strickland, 20, of Newnan, was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and open container.
  • Members of the Drug Task Force served a search warrant at a 100 block Layle Lane residence on June 17 around 6 p.m.  Two were arrested and marijuana and cash were seized . NandaKeeganNanan, 24, and Aragorn G. Nanan, 31, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent.
  • Deputies investigated reports of a loud party at a 1100 block residence on Old Barnett Shoals Road on June 17 about 11 p.m. After performing a safety check and returning with a search warrant, two individuals were arrested.  Cameron Calvin Klein, 20, and Sarah Ashley Wood, 21, were arrested and charged with possession with intent and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.  Klein was also charged with underage possession of alcohol.  Authorities seized suspected marijuana, digital scales,packing materials, smoking devices, USB storage devices, tally sheets, and cash.
  • On June 17, Adan Mondragon-Osirio, 31, of Katewood Drive in Athens, was charged with driving without a license.
  • Sometime between 9 p.m. on June 17  and 5:30 a.m. on June 18, a Toyota FJ was broken into while parked at North Oconee High School.  Both driver's side windows were broken and several items were reported missing.   Deputies later recovered a backpack, blanket, iPad, and $273.  David Grant Garrett, 18, of Hull, was arrested and charged with entering auto, theft by receiving stolen property, pedestrian under the influence, and underage possession of alcohol.
