Oct. 21

• Jacob Lawrence Baumgardner, 31, of Athens, was charged with driving while license suspended and a headlight violation.
• Andrea Nancy Chevalier, 31, of Atlanta, was charged with willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Oct. 20

• Alfonso Alonzo Ellison, 20, of Bogart, was charged with probation violation.
• Terrance L. Walsh, 57, of Watkinsville, was charged with reckless conduct.
• Travis Dwayne Ransom, 49, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with driving without a license and disregarding a traffic control device.
• Gylinda Lee Hill, 51, of Lexington, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Matthew Ryan Schofill, 30, of Watkinsivlle, was booked into the jail on return of surety.
• Jesica D. Hill, 23, of Lexington, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Oct. 19

• Andrew Constantine Stewart, 21, of Marietta, was charged with DUI.
• James Dale Leon, 31, of Arnoldsville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Oct. 18

• Georgia Deric Bray, 37, of Simons, was charged with probation violation.
• Ricky Lee Patrick, 27, of Bogart, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Valdis Antonio Starks, 26, of Winder, was charged with affray and criminal damage to property.
• Sharay Natasha Hodge, 23, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Paula Michelle Parton, 41, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Gregory Justin Cape, 25, of Hull, was charged with possession of schedule II drugs and no seatbelt.

Oct. 17

• Kimberly L. Elliott, 24, of Winder, was charged with affray and criminal damage to property.
• Samuel Neil Willis, 33, of Philomch, was charged with affray and criminal damage to property.
• Latonya Faye Hunter, 31, of Winder, was charged with theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Bryan Adrian Cole, 31, of Athens, was charged with pedestrian under the influence.
• Mary Elizabeth Evans, 36, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Kevin Glenn Jones, 23, of Athens, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Jeff Carl Baker, 35, of Bogart, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and no proof of insurance.

Oct. 16

• Torrance Adonis Howard, 39, of Athens, was charged with affray and criminal damage to property.
• Michael J. Martin, 20, of Comer, was charged with theft by taking motor vehicle, criminal damage to property, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, fleeing/attempting to elude, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI drugs, reckless driving and suspended license. 
• Kathryn E. Brown, 22, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Oct. 15

• Michael Dennis Starnes, 35, of Bishop, was charged with probation violation.
• Thomas Alvear Rivera, 49, of Hull, was charged with driving without a license, failure to yield, and a seatbelt violation.
• Megan Diane Walls, 41, of Bishop, was charged with probation violation.
• Joshua Adrian Minish, 29, of Danielsville, was charged with failure to appear.
• Travis Lloyd Martin, 24, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
