Oconee Docket Book Oct. 1- 7, 2012

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:

Oct. 7

  • Timothy Lamar Brooks, 34, of Hartwell, was charged with burglary in the first degree.
  • Nabila Kiri Madubuko, 21, of Decatur, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Georgia Wesley Bugg, 21, of Decatur, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and failure to maintain lane.
  • Kiarra Yvette Givhan, 20, of Asbury Circle in Atlanta, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Victoria Ann Williams, 31, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
  • Matilde Vargsa-Compean, 42, of Lawrenceville, was charged with driving without a license and speeding.

  • Steven Donald Hilsman, 21, of Madison, was charged with probation violation.
  • Jason Samuel Spiller, 31, of Athens, was charged with battery, theft by taking, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road  and passing in a no passing zone.

Oct. 5

  • Kenvin Austin Fortner, 21, who claims no fixed address, was charged with probation violation.
  • Joshua Quinton Hicks, 35, of Monroe, was charged with probation violation.

  • Hunter Ethan Bradley, 18, of Statham, was charged with burglary in the first degree.
  • Jessica Noel Jones, 28, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Rodney Howard Shannon, 26, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Antavia Garneshia Roach, 20, of Athens, was charged with aggravated assault and cruelty to children in the third degree.
  • Brett Almand Benson, 20, of Bishop, was charged with simple assault.
  • Jimmy Ray Cowart, 47, of Hull, was charged with theft by shoplifting.  On Oct. 5 he was also charged with interference with government property.

Oct. 3

  • James Wilson Smith, 21, of Statham, was charged with burglary in the first degree, theft by taking and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
  • Chandler Todd Hammond, 17, of Bogart, was charged with being a party to the crime of burglary.
  • Bryan NMN Brandshaw, 21, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • Laurie S. Peters, 43, of Loganville, was charged with probation violation.

Oct. 2

  • Lorinn-Ameli Boghiu, 20, of Lilburn, was charged with loitering and prowling.
  • Bryan Wayne Bradshaw, 21, of Watkinsville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Oct. 1

  • Cassie Anne Morrow, 24, of Watkinsville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Ginger Dawn Whitlock, 29, of Hull, was charged with probatio violation.
  • Donna Faye Little, 47, of Arnoldsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • Jordan Patric Booker, 19, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Trevor Glen Neal, 19, of Statham, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Tonya Amon Tarpkins, 40, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
