June 9

• Charles Walter Baldwin, 41, of Athens, was charged with DUI, open container, and safety restraint violation.

June 8

• Cameron Alexander Roncadori, 19, of Watkinsville, was charged with DUI, hit and run, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, failure to report an accident, no proof of insurance, and a safety restraint violation.
• A 41-year-old Hull woman was charged with operating a vehicle without a license.
• Michael Wayne Carr, 56, of Carlton, was charged with DUI and obstructing an intersection.
• Edward Duke Brady, 49, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Cynthia Walter Baldwin, 41, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.

June 7

• Miles Thomas Popa, 23, of Athens, was charged with speeding 101 in a 45, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, and driving on the wrong side of the road. 
• A 30-year-old Statham woman was charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding 69 in a 55.
• A 20-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• Chelsea Lynn Carter, 22, of Crawford, was chaged with DUI.
• Enoc Alfredo Montejo-Guillen, 22, of Athens, was charged with terroristic threats and acts and simple battery.

June 6

• Christina Rose Sayles, 27, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
• Deana Marie Durden, 26, of Bishop, was charged with forgery and financial transaction card fraud.
• A 58-year-old man was charged with interfering with a 911 call.
• An Athens man, 38, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

June 5

• William Aaron Smith, 49, of Loganville, was charged with probation violation.
• A 66-year-old Watkinsville man was charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.

June 4

• Callie V. Watson, 61, of Watkinsville, was charged four felony counts of violations of the Georgia Controlled Subtances Act, drugs not in the original container and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• Barbara Ann Carroll, 63, of Watkinsville, was charged with aggravated assault and simple battery.
• Laura Lynn Newton, 28, of Jefferson, was charged with probation violation.

June 3

• A 33-year-old Athens man was charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, and suspended registration.

June 2

• , 72, of Athens, was charged with DUI and open container.
• A 19-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

June 1

• A 50-year-old Winder woman was charged with criminal attempt to commit a misdemeanor.
  
• Marion Anthony Norwood, 44, of North Avenue in Atlanta, was charged with probation violation.
• Charleston Croffie, 20, of Athens, was charged with felony probation violation.
• A 44-year-old Watkinsville woman was charged with failure to maintain and driving while license revoked for being a habitual violator

May 31

• Shaniqua Ann Williams, 21, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Billy Charles Lewallen, 46, of Commerce, was charged with probation violation.
• Michael Anthony Weaver, 47, of Colbert, was charged with probation violation.
• A 20-year-old man was charged with three counts of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

May 30

• Jahhon Dunn, 30, of Augusta was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.

May 29

• John Samuel Magruder, 31, of Roswell, was charged with probation violation.
• 54, of Athens, was charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, sexual battery and battery.
• Joey Edward Harp, 44, of Watkinsville, was charged with violation of temporary protective order and probation violation on May 31.
• A 19-year-old Loganville man was charged with driving while unlicensed.
• Fernando Vicente Diaz, 25, of Winters Chapel Road, was charged with failure to appear.
