The following information was gathered from booking reports.

May 20

  • A 35-year-old Watkinsville man was charged with simple assault.
  • Casey Louie Giminski, 36, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
  • A Winder woman, 43, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

May 19

  • James Radford Haynes, 35, of Athens, was charged with possession of a scheduled II substance and felony theft by shoplifting.
  • A 48-year-old Athens man was charged with driving without a license and suspended vehicle registration.

May 18

  • Alexander C. Wolfgang, 26, of Marietta, was charged with loitering and prowling and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
  • A Monroe man, 46, was charged with driving while license suspended.

May 17

  • Johnnie Tyaik Wiggins, 36, of Decatur, was charged with financial identity fraud.
  • A 35-year-old Athens man was charged with making harassing phone calls.
  • Samuel Henry Wickster, 26, of Jefferson, was charged with probation violation.
  • Albert Darnell Brown, 31, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
  • A Bogart woman, 41, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
  • Scott Patrick Konicki, 29, of Eatonton, was booked into the jail as a sentenced inmate and released the same day.

May 16

  • A 51-year-old Lexington, GA man was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

May 14

  • A Hoschton man, 43, was charged with driving without insurance.
