Dec. 20

  • Amy Owen Brickman, 43, of Watkinsville, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
  • Keith Level Smith, 24, of Statham, was charged with simple battery.
  • Meshel Thomas, 43, of Winterville, was charged with DUI and two counts of DUI child endangerment.

  • Kevin Troy Carden, 21, of Athens, was charged with DUI refusal, driving while tag suspended, no license on person, and speeding.
  • Megan Gail Fowler, 27, of Alto, was charged with two counts of theft by receiving and one count of theft by deception.

Dec. 18

  • Tony Thomas Hill, 36, of Commerce, was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
  • Kenneth Ray Jordan, 41, of Nicholson, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and failure to appear.
  • Michael Donovan Schmidt, 43,of Bogart, was charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.
  • Norman Todd Dellinger, 43, of Colbert, was charged with contempt of court.
  • Taha Ibrahim Tahanur, 20, of Clarkston, was charged with probation violation.

  • Eric Malcom Savage, 26, of Watkinsville, was charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.
